Ingredients

1 Tablespoon oil, butter or coconut oil
2 cloves finely chopped fresh garlic
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Ina Parmans Cajun Chicken Spice

Directions
Sprinkle the cajun spice and garlic on both sides of the chicken breasts. Heat oil in a large pan over high heat. Add chicken and cook for 7 minutes on each side. Serve with warm roast vegetables or salad.
